The Wellbeing Project is a global initiative co-created with Ashoka, Esalen, Impact Hub, Porticus, the Skoll Foundation and Synergos. His work catalyzes a culture of inner well-being for all change agents. They do this through individual and organizational model programs, credible research, global and regional learning communities, and storytelling.
Matea designed, developed and fully implemented the Wellbeing Connect web application, it consists of a platform to connect leaders of social change with professionals who can support their needs by providing pro-bono services in the midst of the global crisis due to covid. .
The project involved the design and development of the entire user interface of the application as well as the implementation of the backend and database service that allows the registration and login of users and the connection between them.
